Harvested at Heatherlea ~ Sweet Corn, Pumpkins, & Maple Syrup
- Sweet Corn is available August to September. We pick our sweet corn throughout the day to provide you the freshest, best tasting sweet corn!
- Pumpkins are available the month of October. Great for decorations and Jack O'Lanterns! Ask us about pre-hollowed and pre-carved pumpkins!
- Gourds and corn stalks for decorating are available the month of October.
- Maple syrup is harvested from over 400 taps in our sugar bush during March & April. We use a spout and bucket method for collection. The syrup is then bottled and sold in our market all year (while it lasts!).
