AF Weber
A. F. Weber owns and operates a small family farm in Wallenstein, ON. and produces Summer Sausage Chubs (processed by Onias & Karen Martin). The cotton covered chubs are best kept hanging up until they are ready to use.
Best Baa Farm
Best Baa Farm, established in 1998, have a flock of 150 pure British Milk Sheep. This breed is particularly good for their high milk yield and their calm temperament. They are members of the Ewenity Dairy Cooperative, who process the sheep's milk into a variety of cheeses and yogurts.
Blanbrook Bison Farm
The Mills' family bison farm has been operating for over 15 years and have a herd of 80 animals. The Bison are raised on pasture and have access to oats, barley and hay. The Bison is drug and hormone-free. Bison is a healthy protein option because it is high in protein and iron and has an excellent ratio of Omega-3 to Omega-6 fatty acids. Bison is lower in fat and cholesterol than chicken and beef! Bison is a very lean meat and therefore should be cooked slowly at a low temperature. Bison is best enjoyed when cooked rare to medium rare. The flavour of bison meat is similar to beef with a sweeter and richer taste.

Paul Martin Poultry
The Paul Martin family farm raises their chickens naturally and provides them with a free-range environment. The chickens are raised without the use animal by-products or medicated feed. This chicken is an excellent source of Omega III from the natural flax seed added to the feed. The natural protein levels in the feed cause the meat to be denser. This causes minimal shrinkage when cooked and gives you more value for your money.

Berkshire Pork produces rich, dark meat with fat marbling that gives it a full flavour. It is considered sweeter than commercially raised pork. The meat needs gentle handling and works well with slow cooking. Many older people who are given Berkshire meat report that it taste like pork used to when they were young. The Berkshire pig has been a favorite of the British Royal Family since Queen Victoria's time and with good reason.
